            <description><![CDATA[<p>About eight miles east of Imperial, past the landfill and the Fort Pacheco ruins, a curious cluster of old sand dunes lies scared and tortured by countless motorcycles and dune-buggies and trucks.  Not long ago, these old dunes must have been remarkable, prior to having been ravaged and devastated by off-road activity.</p>]]></description>
